This explains what information Dealer Plate Pro collects when you order, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, dealership, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Artwork: the designs, logos and notes you upload or create in our plate designer.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email and a password (stored encrypted).
- Payment: card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
- Cookies: small files that keep your cart and session working while you order.
How we use it
- To make your plates, send you proofs, and ship your order.
- To email you about your order: confirmations, proofs, ship dates and delivery.
- To answer your questions and keep records for accounting and tax.
Your artwork is stored privately. It is used only to produce and proof your plates, and never shown publicly or used as a sample without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the store and deliver your order: our website host, our payment provider, and the shipping carriers and shipping software we use. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, except where we must keep order records by law. Email info@didrtp.com.
