Plates and ordering
What materials are available?
Four: .015, .020 and .030 polyethylene (a tough, flexible plastic), and 24-point paper board. The number is the thickness in inches, so .030 is the same thickness as a credit card and the sturdiest of the plastics. Every plate is 12″ × 6″ and printed full colour.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, JPG/JPEG, and vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG). Our artwork guidelines have the template and the details.
Design and proofs
Can you design my plate?
Yes. Choose Have us design it when you order. It is $75 per plate design, paid with your order. Upload your logo (or email it to orders@didrtp.com with your order number) and tell us what the plate should say. We design it and email you a proof.
Do I get a proof?
Always. We email you a link to your proof before anything is printed. You can approve it or ask for changes, and we send a new proof for every change. Production only starts once you approve.
Shipping and delivery
How quickly will my order ship?
Within 7 business days of you approving your proof, plus the delivery time of the shipping method you choose. We email you the ship-by date as soon as you approve.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Ground shipping is built into every price you see, so there is nothing to add. You can pay for faster delivery at checkout if you need it.
Can I get my plates faster?
Yes. Choose an express option such as 2-day or next-day delivery at checkout. That speeds up delivery after your plates ship; production time stays the same.
Care
How should I care for my plates?
Wash them the gentle way: by hand, with mild soap and water. Keep pressure washers, stiff brushes and harsh cleaning chemicals away from them, as these can wear the print and shorten the plate’s life.
